3-2-5: SALE TO INTOXICATED PERSONS:
   Any person or retail dealer who shall knowingly sell, furnish or give any low point beer to an intoxicated person, as defined in section of this code, shall be guilty of an offense and shall be punished as provided in section of this chapter. (2000 Code § 3-206; amd. Ord. 1080, 4-8-2008, eff. 5-8-2008)
