A. State Driver's License: No person shall drive a taxicab or be hired or permitted to do so unless he possesses a valid driver's license issued by the state of Oklahoma. (Ord. 993, 4-12-2005)
B. Driver Restrictions: It is unlawful for any driver of a taxicab while on duty to drink any intoxicating liquor, or to use any profane or obscene language or to shout or call to prospective passengers, or to disturb the peace in any way. (2000 Code § 16-206)
