It is unlawful for any place licensed to sell low point beer to sell such low point beer for consumption on the premises between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M., excepting Saturdays when the low point beer may not be sold between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and twelve o'clock (12:00) noon on Sundays. Any retail dealer possessing a license to sell low point beer upon the premises shall close such premises to the public at hours stated herein and shall cause all customers located therein to be removed from the premises within thirty (30) minutes of the time of closing as provided herein.
