It is unlawful for any person, corporation or association, which has been licensed to sell low point beer and which has as its main purpose the selling or serving of low point beer for consumption on its premises, to be located within three hundred feet (300') of any church, or any designated place of public worship or any public school within the city limits. The provisions of this section shall not apply to any persons, firms or corporations within the city who were, prior to this code, engaged in the distribution and sale of low point beer, and who are the valid holders of a retail beer permit or license issued by the Oklahoma tax commission and the county judge.
