3-2-1: DEFINITIONS:
   As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section:
   LOW POINT BEER: Means and includes beverages containing more than one-half of one percent alcohol by volume and no more than three and two-tenths percent (3.2%) alcohol by weight, including, but not limited to, beer or cereal malt beverages obtained by the alcoholic fermentation of an infusion of barley or other grain, malt or similar products.
   RETAIL DEALER: Means and includes any and all persons, corporations and associations who sell, distribute or dispense within the city any "low point beer", as defined in this section, at retail to the public for consumption or use on the premises.
   WHOLESALE DEALER: Means and includes any and all persons, corporations and associations who sell at wholesale prices low point beer for resale or who distribute or dispense such low point beer to be consumed on the premises. (2000 Code § 3-201; amd. Ord. 1080, 4-8-2008, eff. 5-8-2008)
