15-3-5: WIDTH, HEIGHT, LENGTH AND LOAD; PERMIT:
   No person shall drive or convey through any street any vehicle the width, length, height, weight, or load of which exceeds that authorized by state law, except in accordance with a permit issued by state authority or by the chief of police. (2000 Code § 15-305)
