15-3-3: EQUIPMENT:

   A.   Compliance With Statute: Every vehicle operated upon the streets of the city shall be equipped as required by law.

   B.   Prohibited Acts: It is unlawful, upon the streets of the city:

      1.   To operate a vehicle which is not equipped as required by law.

      2.   To fail to use such equipment in the manner required by law.

      3.   To use a vehicle in a manner prohibited by law.

      4.   To operate a vehicle which has equipment prohibited by law. (2000 Code § 15-303)
