13-4-3: OVERNIGHT ACCUMULATIONS OF COMBUSTIBLES PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to permit any shavings, trash or combustible substances to accumulate or be upon any property overnight, within the fire district of the city. (2000 Code § 13-405)
