13-4-2: OPEN BURNING WITHIN CITY RESTRICTED:
   A.   Burning In Approved Incinerator: It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to burn any trash, shavings or any other substance inside the city limits except in an approved type of incinerator only upon written permission of city manager, fire chief or his designee. (2000 Code § 13-404; amd. Ord. 1069, 2-12-2008, eff. 3-13-2008)
   B.   Attending To Fire: It is unlawful after lighting or igniting a fire to leave the same unextinguished. (2000 Code § 13-404)
