13-3-7: FIRE EQUIPMENT; VEHICLE:
   It is unlawful for any unauthorized person to ride upon the fire equipment or vehicles of the fire department of the city. Special authorization may be given by the fire chief if he requests such person to assist the department in any way. (2000 Code § 13-311)
