12-6-34: COMPLIANCE WITH RESIDENTIAL CODE STANDARDS; EXEMPTION:

A. Compliance: Every mobile home located in either a mobile home park, a mobile home subdivision or as a freestanding mobile home shall meet the provisions of the residential code of the city , except as otherwise provided in this chapter. (2000 Code § 12-672; amd. Ord. 942, 9-11-2001)

B. Travel Trailers Excepted: The residential code shall not apply to travel trailers insofar as floor area, flush toilet, bath or shower, or ceiling height is concerned. (2000 Code § 12-678; amd. Ord. 942, 9-1-2001)
