10-4-17: ENCOURAGING DELINQUENCY:

It is unlawful for any person, by any act or neglect, to encourage, or cause a child to come within the purview of the juvenile authorities. It is likewise unlawful for any person, after notice that the driver's license of any child has been suspended or revoked, to permit such child to operate a motor vehicle during the period that his driver's license is suspended. (2000 Code § 10-422)
