10-2-16: LUG WHEELS OR TRACKS UNLAWFUL:
   It is unlawful for tractors with wheels or tracks injurious to pavement to be permitted upon the public thoroughfares unless the operator of such vehicle first planks such streets. (2000 Code § 10-216; amd. Ord. 1074, 3-11-2008, eff. 4-10-2008)
