10-2-14: PARKING ON PROPERTY OF ANOTHER:
   It is unlawful for any person to park an automobile or other vehicle, or to place any structure or object on the driveway, yard, or property of another without the expressed or tacit consent of the owner or person in charge thereof, or when necessary in the performance of a duty, or otherwise by authority of law or ordinance. (2000 Code § 10-214)
