9-8-8: PENALTY:
   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine as provided in section of this code. Every article sold and every day a sale is conducted in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1127, 10-12-2010)
