9-8-7: EXCEPTIONS:
   The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to or affect the following:
   A.   Persons acting pursuant to an order of a court of competent jurisdiction; and
   B.   Persons acting in accordance with their powers and duties as public officials. (Ord. 1127, 10-12-2010)
