A. Sale Area: The sale area of any residential sale is confined to the premises under the control or ownership of the sale operator. No unoccupied or vacant premises shall be used for sales as described herein except for sales conducted under process of law.
B. Removal Of Items: The permit holder shall remove all unsold items from public view no later than forty eight (48) hours from end of sale.
C. Display Of Sale Property: Personal property offered for sale may be displayed in a garage or within the residence. Property may also be offered for sale under an open carport, on a driveway or in a yard in an area not to exceed nine hundred (900) square feet. (Ord. 1131, 4-12-2011)
