The city permit board shall be composed of the mayor, the city manager and all department heads, which board shall pass upon all such permit applications and, in the discretion of the majority of the board, may grant or deny any/all applications made. The board may require modifications, regulations, equipment or any other requirements deemed necessary for the safety and good health of the community and participants. (Ord. 964, 10-14-2003)
