For the purpose of this chapter:
PUBLIC: The community at large.
PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM: Any loudspeaker mounted outside a vehicle cab for the purpose of amplifying music or voice transmissions. City emergency vehicles and city repair/service vehicles are exempt.
PUBLIC MEETING: A meeting or gathering open to the public for general discussion.
RELIGIOUS MEETING: A meeting or gathering of the public for discussion of religion or religious matters. (2000 Code § 9-901)
