9-5-5: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
   Any person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of this chapter by doing that which is prohibited, or by failing or refusing to do what is required is guilty of misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section of this code. (2000 Code § 9-605)
