A. Permit Requirements And Restrictions: No circus may set up for operation without first applying to the city for a permit for same. The fee for this permit is one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day for the operation within the city limits. The fee shall be collected by the city and immediately delivered to the city treasurer to be deposited in the general fund. This permit shall be nontransferable except by permission of the city manager.
B. Penalty: Any violation of this section is a misdemeanor and will be punishable as provided in section of this code. (2000 Code § 9-303; amd. Ord. 1073, 3-11-2008, eff. 4-10-2008)
