A. Permit Requirements And Restrictions: No carnival may set up for operation without first applying to the city for a permit for same. The fee for this permit shall be as set by the council for the first day of operation within the city limits and for each day thereafter. The fees shall be collected by the city and immediately delivered to the city treasurer to be deposited in the general fund. This permit shall be nontransferable except by permission of the city manager.
B. Penalty: Any violation of this section is a misdemeanor and will be punished as provided in section of this code. (2000 Code § 9-302; amd. Ord. 1073, 3-11-2008, eff. 4-10-2008)
