The following traveling or itinerant shows and amusements will be permitted to operate upon application being made for a permit and registration with the police department, and compliance with all applicable provisions of this title:
A. Circus or menagerie;
B. Circus parades;
C. Shooting galleries, doll racks;
D. Ten pins, nine pins or bowling alleys;
E. Billiard and amusement halls;
F. Street fairs and carnivals;
G. Each specialty attraction or stand;
H. Tent shows, vaudeville, plays, performances, minstrels and like attractions under tents or temporary shelter; and
I. Skating rinks. (2000 Code § 9-301)
