9-2-7: DENIAL OF LICENSE, BASIS; ISSUANCE:
   A.   Basis For Denial: A license will be denied:
      1.   If information in the application is false or unverifiable; or
      2.   If verification cannot be obtained regarding current status of OTC resale or use tax licenses or similar licenses from other states; or
      3.   If unresolved consumer complaints are found to exist involving any matter related to the business activities of the applicant; or
      4.   If no supplier contract for delivery of goods can be verified; or (2000 Code § 9-206)
      5.   If a person has a history of criminal conduct which may pose a threat to the protection of the public good; or
      6.   If a person's character and/or business reputation are determined to be unsound and contrary to the public good. (2000 Code § 9-206; amd. Ord. 1073, 3-11-2008, eff. 4-10-2008)
