9-1-6: DUPLICATE ISSUANCE:
   Whenever any original occupation license has been lost or destroyed, it shall be the duty of the city, on application in writing, to issue a duplicate upon payment of the fee as set by the council by motion or resolution. (2000 Code § 9-106)
