9-1-5: LICENSE NONTRANSFERABLE:
   No license shall be sold or otherwise transferred and all transfers or sales of a license shall cause a forfeiture of the same, and the amounts that may have been paid to the city for the license shall be forfeited to the city. (2000 Code § 9-105)
