8-4-6: PENALTY FOR REPEATED VIOLATIONS:
   Any person who causes the unauthorized release of a hazardous substance or hazardous material shall receive a cease and desist notice for the initial offense; if any subsequent offense occurs, in addition to the costs of cleanup, such person shall be punished according to section of this code. (2000 Code § 8-706; amd. Ord. 1067, 1-8-2008, eff. 2-7-2008)
