7-2-19: ADMINISTRATION:
   One-half of one percent (0.5%) of the gross receipts derived from surcharges collected pursuant to this chapter shall be retained by the office of the treasurer for the purpose of administering and collecting the surcharge. (2000 Code § 7-720)
