Any person, firm, entity or corporation violating any provision of this chapter, as it exists or may be amended, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor be punished as provided in section 11-8 of this Code. Each continuing day's violation shall constitute a separate offense. The penalties provided herein shall not preclude the City from initiating administrative or civil action to enjoin the violation. The City retains all legal rights and remedies available to it pursuant to local, state and federal law. (Ord. 1267, 6-14-2022; amd. Ord. 1288, 4-11-2023)
