A. Verification of License: All telecommunications service providers operating within the City of Seminole shall provide a copy of their current federal and state license to operate within the State of Oklahoma. A valid FCC license to operate as a telecommunications provider shall be required to provide services within city limits.
B. Verification of Telecommunications Infrastructure: All telecommunications service providers operating within the City of Seminole, who own, lease or maintain any cable facilities or other communication facilities, to include, but not limited to, fiber optic, wire or other above or below-ground communication lines within the municipal limits shall provide the nature, type and location of said equipment to the Office of Community Development.
