7-2-4: USE OF FUNDS:
   Funds collected pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be set aside and used exclusively for one or more of the following purposes:
   A.   Encouraging, promoting and fostering visitor and tourism conventions, conferences and tourism development in the city.
   B.   Solicitation of visitor attractions, events, tourism, conferences, conventions and meetings in the city. (2000 Code § 7-705)
