A. That a certain document, two (2) copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Seminole, being marked and designated as the International Fuel Gas Code, 2021 Edition, including all Appendix Chapters, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Fuel Gas Code of the City of Seminole, in the State of Oklahoma for regulating and governing fuel gas systems and gas-fired appliances as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Fuel Gas Code on file in the office of the City of Seminole are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this legislation, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in subsection B. of this chapter.
B. The following sections are hereby revised:
Section 101.1 City of Seminole.
Section 106.6.2 Omit schedule.
Section 106.6.3 Remove.
Section 108.4 change to Section 115.4.
Section 108.5 change to Section 115.4.
