4-5-2: UNLAWFUL TO HUNT OR SHOOT; EXCEPTION:
   A.   Prohibition; Exception: It is unlawful for any person to trap, hunt, shoot, molest, or attempt to trap, hunt, shoot, or molest, in any manner, any bird or wild fowl, or to rob bird nests or wild fowl nests within the limits of the city. However, areas in the A-1 agricultural zoning district of five (5) acres or more are exempt from the provisions of this chapter.
   B.   Destruction Of Nuisance Birds Or Wild Fowl: If any birds or wild fowl become a public nuisance or a menace to health or property, then the birds or wild fowl may be destroyed under the control and supervision of the city health authorities and the animal control officer, and are exempt from the provisions of this chapter.
