10.07.040: CREATION AND ORGANIZATION:
   A.   There is created the accessibility and disability commission which shall be composed of fifteen (15) members.
   B.   The Mayor shall appoint, with advice and consent of the Council, fifteen (15) members who represent a diverse range of accessibility and disability community perspectives. Notwithstanding Section 2.07.040.B.1, one (1) of the fifteen (15) members shall also be a member of the human rights commission. (Ord. 5-22, 2022)
