The planning commission, or in the case of administrative conditional uses, the planning director or designee, may, in accordance with the procedures and standards set out in this chapter and other regulations applicable to the district in which the property is located, approve uses listed as conditional uses in the tables of permitted and conditional uses of this title for each category of zoning district or districts.
