21A.50.070: APPEAL OF DECISION:
Any party adversely affected by the decision of the City Council may, within thirty (30) days after such decision, file an appeal to the District Court pursuant to the Municipal Land Use Development and Management Act, section 10-9a-801, of the Utah Code Annotated. (Ord. 56-14, 2014)
