This chapter and the provisions included herein constitute Salt Lake City's Dangerous Building Code, and will be referred to hereinafter as "the Dangerous Building Code" or "this Code." This Code is modeled after the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 Edition, and has only been adopted as stated herein. (Ord. 53-20, 2020)
