17.32.370: LOCAL LIMIT:
"Local limit" means specific discharge limits referred to in section 17.36.090 of this title and developed and enforced by the city upon industrial or commercial facilities to implement the general and specific discharge prohibitions listed in section 17.36.060 of this title and 40 CFR 403.5(a)(1) and (b).
