17.32.130: CATEGORICAL PRETREATMENT STANDARDS OR CATEGORICAL STANDARDS:
"Categorical pretreatment standard" or "categorical standard" means any regulation containing pollutant discharge limits promulgated by EPA in accordance with sections 307(b) and (c) of the act (33 USC section 1317) that apply to a specific category of users and that appear in 40 CFR chapter I, subchapter N, parts 405-471.
