17.16.370: METER FURNISHED BY CITY:
A meter of a type approved by the director of the department of public utilities will be furnished and, except as provided in section 17.16.040 of this chapter, or its successor, maintained by the city upon payment of all installation, connection and other charges by the applicant as provided in this chapter.
