Salt Lake City reserves the right at any time, without notice, to shut off the water from its mains for the purpose of making repairs or extensions, or for other purposes, and no claim shall be made against the city, by reason of any breakage whatsoever, or for any damage that may result from shutting off the water for repairing, laying or relaying mains, hydrants or other connections, or for any other reason whatsoever.
