It is unlawful for any person to do or allow to be done any act that will pollute any source of water of the city, and in particular, it is unlawful for any person to do or allow to be done any of the things described in this chapter in any canyon or along any stream of water used by the inhabitants of the city for water supply anywhere within the watershed area of the city.
