15.20.020: VIOLATION OF PROVISIONS; PENALTY:
Any person guilty of violating any provision of chapters 15.04 through 15.16 of this title, or their successor chapters, shall be deemed guilty of an infraction, and may not be imprisoned, but shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed two hundred ninety nine dollars ($299.00).
