No weddings, receptions, meetings or other events shall be held within the city and county building between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. of any day. No wedding shall be held within the city and county building between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) P.M., Monday through Friday, when the building is open for governmental business. No setting up for any wedding, reception, meeting or other event shall be allowed prior to five o'clock (5:00) P.M. on Monday through Friday when the building is open for governmental business. All such events scheduled to begin prior to twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight of any day shall conclude no later than twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight of the day so scheduled.
