15.08.030: PARK HOURS; EXEMPTION:
Provided, however, that section 15.08.020 of this chapter, or its successor section, shall not apply to a person or persons who are in the park in conformity with a function or activity for which a permit has previously been authorized pursuant to the provisions of section 15.08.080 of this chapter.
