It is unlawful for any person to do or to allow or permit any of the acts prohibited by this chapter in any park in Salt Lake City or in any property, within or without the City limits, now or hereafter set aside or used as a park under the jurisdiction of the Division of Parks and Public Lands.
For purposes of this chapter, "park" shall mean any park described in chapter 15.04 of this title, any City owned land or trail under lease or management agreement with Parks and Public Lands, and any City owned land under the jurisdiction of the Division of Parks and Public Lands.
