The registration form shall be accompanied by the registration fee shown on the Salt Lake City consolidated fee schedule to partially defray the city's cost of reviewing the registration form, issuing the registration certificate, enforcing this chapter and otherwise recouping those maintenance, public health and safety, or other costs and expenses related to this chapter.
