14.32.340: SPECIFICATIONS AND GRADES FOR CONSTRUCTION:
All construction authorized by the permit issued under this chapter shall be constructed in accordance with the specifications and grades approved by the city engineer, and the acceptance of such permit shall be deemed an agreement by the permittee to perform such construction in accordance with such specifications and grades.
