During construction, and during any other period of time that the public way remains obstructed, the permittee shall post at the site a sign with minimum two inch (2") high letters and otherwise meeting the requirements of the city engineer, indicating permittee's name, or company name, telephone number, and both daytime and after hours telephone numbers.
