14.32.050: OWNER AND APPLICANT BOTH RESPONSIBLE:
The terms and provisions of the permit, the terms and provisions of this chapter, and the terms and provisions of any applicable orders, rules and regulations, shall be binding upon and applicable to both: a) the applicant, and b) in the case of an applicant who is not also the owner, the owner on whose behalf the applicant is acting.
